A culinary experience to savor
From the moment we stepped inside, the warm welcome made us feel like family. Each breakfast was a delight, showcasing delicious dishes that started our days perfectly. The elegant decor of our room added to the overall luxurious feel, making our stay truly special.
However, we experienced some inconvenience with the water supply. On our second night, the shower had only a trickle, and despite reaching out to the reception, the issue remained unresolved. It was a disappointing flaw in an otherwise lovely stay.

The Giglio Boutique Hotel turned out to be an unexpected gem. Upon arrival, the staff welcomed me with smiles and my drink of choice, instantly setting a friendly tone. The early check-in and complimentary room upgrade were simply delightful. I stayed in the Room 4 Deluxe King Room "Pinotage," and it was nothing short of spectacular. The gorgeous shower and bathtub, along with a super comfy bed, created a serene oasis for relaxation. The breakfast truly stood out too. a delicious spread to start the day right. However, I noticed the need for loungers by the pool to enhance the sunbathing experience. Overall, this hotel was a fantastic way to complete my five-week adventure in Africa.

missingWrote a review on Oct 15water supply
Unfortunately, the water supply in the room proved to be a significant issue. After a decent shower on the first night, I was met with no water in the shower the following night and even the next morning, with only a trickle available. Attempting to reach reception for help failed, as my calls went unanswered, leaving me to sort out the issue on my own. The dining experience left something to be desired as well. a long wait for breakfast and subpar food made me question the overall meal quality.
